Why sponsor the Boston Young Professionals Association?:

Sponsorship Plans

Corporate Membership:
Corporate members receive:

• a link and logo in the Corporate Member section of our sponsor page
• choose the number of complimentary memberships needed in the Boston Young Professionals Association.

Cost:Minimum $100 per year, varies based on number of memberships included. If more than 70 memberships are needed, please contact us at events@bostonypa.com.

Preferred Sponsorship
Preferred Sponsors receive:

• A rotating 160x600 ad banner on all pages of bostonypa.com
• a link and logo in the sponsor section of our weekly newsletter
• and up to 5 complimentary memberships to the Boston Young Professionals Association.

Cost:
$300 per quarter (3 months), also includes 1 event sponsorship of event with 20-60 attendees* (a $4,150 value with no package, save $3,850!) 

$1,000 per year, also includes 4 event sponsorships of events with 20-60 attendees* (a $17,900 value, save $16,900!)

Sponsorship company must be approved by BYPA Board and Management, and fee will be refunded if not approved.

Gold Sponsorship
Gold Sponsors receive:

• a logo, link and description in the Gold Sponsor section of our sponsor page
• A rotating 160x600 ad banner on all pages of bostonypa.com
• a link and logo in the sponsor section of our weekly newsletter
• and up to 10 complimentary memberships to the Boston Young Professionals Association.
• Gold Sponsors also receive exclusivity: no competitor of Gold Sponsor will be allowed to sponsor the BYPA during the sponsorship period.

Cost:
$650 per quarter includes 2 event sponsorships of events with 20-60 attendees*(a $5,550 value, save $4,900!).

$2,500 per year includes one dedicated sponsored newsletter highlighting the sponsor company, 7 event sponsorships of events with 20-60 attendees, and one event sponsorship of an event with 61-200 attendees*(a $21,900 value, save $19,400!)

Sponsorship company must be approved by BYPA Board and Management, and fee will be refunded if not approved. Only 4 Gold Sponsorships still available.

Platinum Sponsorship
Platinum Sponsors receive:

• a logo, link and description at the top of our sponsor page
• A rotating 160x600 ad banner on all pages of bostonypa.com
• a link and logo in the sponsor section of our weekly newsletter
• one dedicated sponsored newsletter highlighting the sponsor company
• up to 20 complimentary memberships to the Boston Young Professionals Association
• plus 9 event sponsorships of events with 20-60 attendees*
• plus 2 event sponsorships of an events with 61-200 attendees*
• and one event sponsorship of an event with 201-500 attendees*
• Platinum Sponsors also receive exclusivity: no competitor of Platinum Sponsor will be allowed to sponsor the BYPA during the sponsorship period.

Newsletter sponsorship:
An ad in our weekly newsletter which goes out to over 12,000 professionals ages 21-45. Prices differ based on the type of ad. We do not offer dedicated emails. We will not accept ads from companies that compete directly witht the BYPA, such as other for-profit young professional groups, singles groups or networking organizations.

One time non-event or charity event newsletter advertisement
Includes 300 character (not word) text advertisement, plus a 100x100 logo and link in our weekly newsletter. Non event advertisement will be placed in the intro at the top of our newsletter. Charity events will be placed in our events newsletter, and will receive a listing in our upcoming events and a link in the calendar from the date of sponsorship purchase until event occurs. This is guaranteed to be ONLY in our newsletter. Event may be placed on our website at the discretion of our management.

*Event sponsorship includes:

• sponsoring company link, logo and description on sponsored event at www.BostonYPA.com and in all event postings where possible
• sponsoring company signage and takeaways at sponsored event
• when possible, sponsored event will include a sponsored table
• when possible, sponsored event may be themed after the sponsoring company, for example, a real estate company may sponsor a home buying seminar, or a sponsoring salon may have a girls night out. Event costs for events such as this must be born by sponsor.
