Speed Dating and Singles Events Themes: Please rate!

So we are putting together singles events, such as speed dating, and Single Mingles, and would like to do them based on themes.  We would like to know what events YOU are most interested in, so please rate these themes from one to five, with one being what you like the BEST, and five being the one you like the LEAST.

 

  1. By Age group (21-30, 27-35, 32-45, etc.)
  2. By Interests (Active Singles, Movie Buffs, Nerds, etc.)
  3. By Religion or Political Persuasion (Jewish Professionals, Democratic Professionals, etc.)
  4. By Characteristic (Tall Men Dating, Short Women Dating, Brown Haired Blue Eyed Dating!, etc)
  5. By Race (Asian Dating, African American Dating, Indian Dating, etc.)

I would also love to see a dating event that related to profession (Library and museum science professionals, business professionals, etc.)

the bottom 3 do not matter to me much - but i wouldnt attend if they were religion/race focused

We still need to know what interests to focus on.  Anyone have input?  I'm thinking an "Active Professionals" event to start.  "If you run, play a sport, do yoga, or just like to stay healthy and work out, then this is the event for you!" type thing.  Thoughts?
