Event Description

Celebrate the warm air and the late afternoon sun at our second Sundress and Tie Party. The women will be sporting beautiful dresses and the men will be wearing sleek ties and nice polo shirts. Together we will mix and mingle our way on a tour of the patios along the Seaport District of Boston.

How to find the group:
We will meet out on the patio.

The patios* we will be visiting

12:00-2:00 Jerry Remy's Seaport

2:00-3:00 Tezmacal

3:00-4:00 Legals Seaport

4:00-5:00 Whiskey Priest

5:00-8:00 Atlantic Beer Garden

*Patios subject to change

First stop - Jerry Remy's!! We will have a reserved space on the patio, that will only STAY reserved if the majority of our party is ON TIME! SOOOOO we need you guys there by no later than 12:30!

Incentives to be on time: We will have a $100 cash prize scavenger hunt, that you can win ONLY if you are at Jerry Remy's no later than 12:30! The scavenger hunt will be fun, and easy! You will have a chance to win if you visit ALL the patios on the tour! We will give the prize away at 5:30 - to be eligible you must have arrived by 12:30, visited and made a purchase at all 5 bars, and be present at 5:30 in order to win!

Member Cost:
$5 for the first 25 to register

Non-Member and Member Cost (after the first 25):
$10 online and at the door

Who can attend:
Young professionals, single or married, who are 21-45 years of age.

Mandatory Dress Code:
Women wear dresses (skirts count).
Men wear ties and polo shirts (flip flops and shorts are all ok).
The dress code will be enforced and is all in good fun.

Tickets:
All sales are final. A limited number of tickets will be sold. This event is rain or shine.

Comment by BostonYPA on August 17, 2012 at 8:30pm: No rain date - over 50 people have registered, and the thunderstorms are supposed to be over before the event starts. It's supposed to clear up completely in the early afternoon, and hey - usually the forcasters are wrong, right? Hopefully it will be a great day.
