Single Mingle!

 

Are you single and looking? Or single and interested in meeting new friends with whom to go out and check out the town? Then come out to this low-key, unformatted singles event and meet other people just like you! Single, young and professional!

We will be trying to even out the sexes, so tickets will be sold by gender to keep things as even as possible.  There will be 40 tickets available for women, and 40 available for men, for a total of 80 attendees.

We have the downstairs at Itadaki completely private.  Complimentary light hors d'eouvres will be served.  Event is cash bar.   There will be two specials offered to our group: if you purchase our signature drinks, the Geisha's Kiss or the Tokyo Love Story, you will be presented with complimentary Mochi (Japanese Ice Cream.)

Dress Code: Stylish, upscale attire is required to assure entry.

Public Transportation: Itadaki is located steps from the Green line, specifically the Hynes, Copley and Arlington T Stations.

About Itadaki:  "My friend and I were walking down Newbury Street last night and were drawn over to Itadaki by the promise of some possibly delicious sushi. We weren't disappointed!  The interior is very modern, clean lines, minimalist decorations. We sat on the outside terrace right on Newbury Street which always offers wonderful people watching...Woman walking a dog the size of a pony? Check!  We started with the steamed edamame in the shell. Not over or under-cooked. We then shared the Spicy Tuna Maki, the Sweet Potato Tempura and the Rainbow roll. Both the Spicy Tuna (though not very spicy) and the Rainbow rolls were delicious. The Sweet Potato Tempura was slightly undercooked...the potato was just a little too crunchy for 5-star enjoyment. All in all - very enjoyable experience. Tickets are $5 for the first 20 members, $10 for general admission in advance, and $15 at the door if not sold out.
