5k Costume Run: Boston Waterfront!

Whether it’s Jay-Z, ACDC, Britney, or the sound of sneakers hitting the pavement, we all run to the beat.

Join us for Boston’s most scenic 5K!  Starting in Piers Park with incredible skyline views, our flat and fast race course takes you through Eastie’s incredible green spaces with live music all along the route to help you push your pace.

This year, we invite you to run in costume, dressed as your favorite musical icon!  Run as a soloist, or recruit three friends to form your own supergroup!  (We’re curious - does dressing like REO Speedwagon actually makes groups of runners go faster?)

We’ll have giveaways and snacks for all. Register by Sept. 1 to receive a free T-shirt.Prizes will be awarded to the fastest runners and the best costumes!  Costume categories include:
